The funny thing with this, is I can see themselves awarding themselves some bogus trophy. And when people even mildly point out it's irrelevant them getting massively upset and biting.
Klopp Kup......he's a very bad loser, self confessed caber thrower (a very big tosser)

Not to get too far away from the human tragedy and the mild amusement of our neighbours issues... but thinking from a financial point of view, it's clear that we (and pretty much every other club) are going to face a severe loss in revenue (both from loss of ticket sales and possibly prize money). I wonder how we'll deal with this... Another cash injection from Moshiri? And will UEFA have to suspend FFP to account for the unexpected drop in revenue across Europe?
Ticket sales are nothing. Apparently we are one of around 10 club's that could play to an empty stadium.

It's TV money we rely on

Whatever their private view, the pressure exerted on them will be far too much to try and pull any stunts and start games again.

That’s the unknown factor, who knows what the atmosphere will be like in May/June. It could be that even the suggestion of football starting up again is met with absolute aghast by people, or it could be that there’s a feeling of ‘did we really have to cancel games’. No one knows at this point but if you had to bet on one outcome it wouldn’t be that this was a storm in a tea cup and we can get right back to 40k people at a football stadium with medical staff on standby.

Unless it's really early in May, by that point it will already be too late. As cases continue to rise, I do think the consensus is going to increasingly be that sport just needs to be suspended for a length of time that it isn't possible to complete the season.

Maybe the FA will make a massive rick, and try to force people to play games against all advice, but they've tried that over recent days/weeks and it has really backfired.
