The thing with players like Delph and Ramsey is that while they aren't setting the world on fire at their current clubs neither did a lot of players in their previous clubs before they joined us.

Delph has looked ok in gash Villa side and Ramsey was unlucky with that leg break and perhaps not quite good enogh for Arsenal.

Here both guys could have flourished. Or sat on the bench before signing for Leyton Orient but they are definately both good players.
