Top man. When joe royle speaks you just listen. Such a knowledgeable man, not just about Everton but football in general. Such a shame we don't see joe on a more regular basis doing guest summarising on sky, but as he alluded to in the interview he is often away watching our young players on loan. What a man for unsworth to learn from if he ever wanted advice on something. I don't know if he's done it already but I'd love Ross Barkley to speak to joe before he commits himself to a new contract (wherever that may be) I guarantee he won't get any better advice then that from joe royle.
