With a little luck it ages like this one...

It's almost as if there is a template to allow writers to wax lyrical and spout their [Poor language removed] and chuck a bit of football reporting in along the way.
Arty farty rubbish.

We would have to be very fortunate with injuries over 38 games...

...but this is not an insane thought. This XI will find the back of the net, which is the first step to three points. We need some help before the end of the window to grind out the "1-0 to the Arsenal" games that champions find a way to win on the inevitable off days.

For me the defence / Pickford will be our downfall.

For all the gushing over Vardy and Mahrez the season Leicester won the league their defence and Schmeichel were unsung heroes for me.

We concede too many soft goals like the one today / first one against WBA which were both avoidable.

Kante was the key IMO, and Schmeichel played out of his mind.

I agree that the defense is the present problem. I rate Romero, and would pay what little it would take to get him in. CB help is also a must right now, and we probably need some pace at RB for certain fixtures.

Exact statements above are what was the difference between city and the RS. Under no illusions city are the better team, but they constantly had big injuries throughoit the season whereas the RS got nothing really bar Allison at the start. But they got all those var favours at the start which created the gap too big in the end.

Yesterday was the first day we actually got a decision where i thought hmm, that's the kind of dodgy match winning decision the top teams get. I believe refs are blinded a bit in decision making for the better teams and it is definitely needed as you say.
