I am not supporter of Besiktas but I can say something about Cenk if you want. Lots of Turkish player is talented however only limited number of them are hardworking. And you are lucky he is hardworking type footballer. He was not very good 3-4 years ago but he did his best and came to this level (He is also from Germany, his discipline maybe coming from his knowledge about German discipline). His personality also nice, not a jerk player; just doing his job. So it is worth to give a chance to him. He is moderately talented, and highly hardworking forward(striker). Turkish people can be emotional sometimes, so team member's and your early support would be very important to him to reveal his power.
