Hasn't especially endeared himself there, has he?

Supposedly likes the club and wants to fight for his place - has now just made it ten times harder for himself than it already was.

Hi folks, please use this thread and not the 19/20 player performance thread to discuss whatever the hell the internet is arguing about at the moment please.

I think he uses a spray to hide his thinning - being from Turkey, I thought he'd be all over the hair transplants by now.

Why do men climb walls dressed as spiderman to see their kids? Why do activists chain themselves to gates, why did Cenk do what he did. Its all relative to them? To me, its not about EFC and my opinion on him hasn't changed. I wouldn't like the fans to start getting at him. Leave that until he leaves for Norwich and comes back and scores against us

Do you have any line in the sand? Far right activity? Racism?

I love that the response from some to those of us that are appalled by this is 'get a life'.

So to get a life in this instance is to ignore a deepening humanitarian crisis and the actions of a despot, being supported by a player who sports our club badge and just get behind the lad and chill and enjoy some footy.

Absolute nonsense. We have had plenty of players who have done things of which I have disapproved, but never before something like this. It is not virtue signalling, it is not making a mountain out of a mole hill. What he has done is wrong. And if people on here want to absolve both themselves and Tosun of thinking of it any more deeply, by merely claiming that he is just supporting the troops, then shame on them too.

I have never once booed an Everton player. If I haven't liked them for something they've done, the way they've played or their attitude, I've just sat there quietly not cheering or some such. That has changed with this, this goes even further. I will be utterly livid to see him ever pull on our shirt again. We are all very quick to praise the club for having a good heart and getting things right when it comes to community etc. Yet here they are silent. It's just not on.
