The Mrs Fiesta is losing all water, coming from somewhere that you cant get at so even if a simple thing such as a hose its gonna be difficulty/ labour consuming to fix, it's been living on borrowed time tbh but we've kept on soldiering on with it due to lack of funds to replace. Could be costing as much to fix as it's worth tbh so in a quandry as to what to do.
If the tosser that ran up the back of me's insurance would get their finger out at least there'd be a couple of grand there to give us options. 9 months on and they've finally confirmed that they are handling the claim to my insurance ffs.

FML.

The first car I ever bought was an old Fiesta in 1989. It was about 15 years old. Me and a mate paid £60 for it, went halves. A week later he bought my share out. He gave me his misses's Sony Walkman CD player in exchange for my share!

A month later he had to scrap the car, but I had a CD Walkman! :celebrate:

Saw a heavily camouflaged Bentley 4x4 heading towards Otterspool this afternoon. Based on the new Q7.

I'm not sure why it was camouflaged as they released pictures of it today. It was deffo this btw. The Bentley logo was visible and it was an SUV.

Lad am crap with cars. Me rear lefttyre was at 14PSI and should of been 35. Is this a slow puncture or can they just get really flat.

Your front tires, front outside (so in your case, left) do tend to lose pressure faster than the back ones due to the weight distribution and the sharper turns it takes, but I'm only talking a couple of PSI. If it's way lower than the others, it's probably a microleak.

Looking at buying a car,(around 5000-9000 euros....4,0000-7,0000 pounds)....

Was thing something similar in size to a Ford focus...

Any recommendations...or any cars that should be avoided?...

Thanks

When mine was doing this on the rear right the lad in kwikfit hadn't sealed the tyre onto the rim properly so it was slowly leaking air.

My car has to be topped up with oil far too much. It is knackered I feel.

Bloody hell.

I've seen some cars that burn oil that can limp around for quite a while as long as you keep the levels up. Could just be a crack in the oil pan.

Granted, it'd probably fail any sort of emissions test though. I'm assuming you have them in the UK?

I still just can't get into luxury CUV's. They all bore the crap out of me.

Fair point, but I wouldn't class it as CUV or SUV--this is a 490hp EV that Audi claims can get 300+ miles from a single charge. It's a mainstream EV that seats more than the driver and his cat. It's competition for Tesla (and competition is always good).

Plus, I do like the style (although I'd much rather prefer a straight wagon, but people like height)

*Maybe it's obvious, but I'm excited about mainstream EVs
