Ijjy, if you want looks but aren't that bothered about the driving experience, look at the new scirocco. Not a vw fan usually, I'm more of a ford nut, but these are decent.
I loved the puma personally, never had one though. For style over substance, look at the Nissan figaro. Horrid to drive, but 50's styling on a micra mechanicals, even if a little bit girly.
