His biggest error to date was not being more frank about the state of the squad.

That seems to be changing and honesty will be the best policy from now on.

We won't be making Top 6 next year either by the looks of things, it seems way off.

We certainly need a rebuild, and it will have to be done player by player, inch by inch.

Said before, the only mainstay through 4 managers have been the players and they've failed every time.

I don't think any manager can get them performing at a level required.

Gone from top 4 hopefuls, Europa hopefuls, Europa conference hopefuls, let’s try and at least finish above Arsenal and Leeds, to finishing 10th.

Honestly never despised an Everton team like this one. It’s disgustingly bad.

The chance had gone when we get beaten by the like in Sheff Utd and Burnley at home. Blame these players some of them aren’t just good enough. Like the one who thought dribbling past four Citch players is a good idea or the one who hit a penalty straight at their keeper.

I wouldn't say he was prolific either taking his career as a whole. This is about as good as it gets for him.
