If this was any other manager it would not be acceptable lets be honest.

Players are largrly to blame but his team selections and substitutions are shockingly poor when we dont have a full strength side.

Gomes, Iwobi, Delph - I mean Davies is a boyhood Blue and would put more effort in than any of that lot.

Holgate the weak link at the back when he plays yet we have Mina and Keane sat on the bench.

He's just as much to blame if we miss out on Europe as the players as its been a theme all season.
