Can we beat Sunderland?

The thing that worries me is we've given up an early goal in each of the last 5 games. 1 was off-side, and three were deflections or own goals. If they get an early goal, lucky or not, could be a gloomy day for us. We have to score 1st IMO.

They'll go one up after four minutes. We'll struggle to break them down for 20 mins then we'll put four past em. Mucha will then come on for the injured Howard and we'll then pray that they have no more shots on target.

Since Moyes took over we have put 37 goals past Sunderland, home and away, if we don't get 3 points and a few goals I for one will be most dissappointed. I just fear we might ship as many as we score.

What do you think? I really hope we beat them but we've been drawing so much recently I reckon we might bottle it again.

Exact opposite. Someone is due a thorough thrashing. If anyone beside Fellani had the cutting edge, Wigan, Fulham and QPR all should have been wins by multiple goals. Just not clinical enough. Jelavic has been absent in the goal column, he's due.

We're having bucket loads of efforts on goal, all the attacking players are fit and on decent form, Jelavic is way overdue a goal by his standards, we're cutting teams open, we've drawn our last 4 or 5 games, Sland are beyond gash... something has to give ffs.

Same prediction as for the last 4 games : All things being equal - we should beat them by one or two -- UNLESS : an own goal , the post , a bad ref or some more bloody bad luck gets in our way --- this game is also a turning point for our season - if we win we stay up - if we lose we move down - as simple as that - so come hell or high water we just have to win this one by hook or by crook - please Everton stop working on my nerves !
