I'm with Street End Boy on this. The club need to address their refund policy, even advise him on options like stubhub. £175 is a lot of money plus Everton could well lose a lot more than that in the long run, because that would put you off going back.
cool down the drama, lad...phone the customer services again and ask them why they can't refund. Then report back here. Probably the tickets were bought as non-transferable and non-refundable.
Yeah, £175 is a lot of money, which the club would lose out on when they've done nothing wrong.
plus those people he was bringing who's to say some of those may have been potential big fans who got hooked and so kept going back? The loss in the long run could easily go into the thousands.
It's about good customer service, plus the bigger picture, if you're not refunded £175 then you're not likely to go as often, or even at all. So in the long run Everton lose far more than £175, plus those people he was bringing who's to say some of those may have been potential big fans who got hooked and so kept going back? The loss in the long run could easily go into the thousands.
They won't be getting hooked if they're not even going will they?
Who's to say them people came to the game and were deadly sick and infected over 30,000 people who then went home afterwards and spread it around all of their mate and then they spread it to their mates and so on and so on....... National epidemic lad........ have a bit of perspective ffs.
I really don't know what that's got to do with my post.
Exactly. The next time they meet up, because they're not refunded or even offered altenative matches, they probably won't decide to watch Everton will they?
