Got injured, came back and moved onto Sheffield wed ,
Didn't want to go.
Kendal didn't rate or like him rumours had it .
Had signed a 5 Yr contract.
Kendal tried to sell him to spurs , failed the medical, so off he went to sheff wed.
Got replaced by John Okane at the time.

I think it is only partly that. The other part is knowing that if you pressure, your teammates will as well, that you have confidence that your teammmate will win the ball and play a progressive pass to you, etc.. that only comes with positive experience that build on itself, i.e. self reinforcing.
