I think the calibre of signings hes made is a positive but as far as managing everton on the pitch is concerned I'd say hes done no more so far than the likes of Silva. I'm definitely not saying carlo out but I have been asking questions of him a lot recently and some of his baffling decisions.

Can’t stand them, horrible team. Pickford fell to his side for their goal instead of diving sideways.
Allan has been poor, the Watford reject even poorer, our two central defenders are making Wood look like big Dunc in his pomp, Iwobi has stood out head and shoulders, that’s how bad we are.

I think Pickford was completely out done by the pace of the ball. It was a pinpoint rocket.

I thought the same that Pickford didnt propel himself, but when you see the speed of the ball from behind the goal I see he had no chance.

Pickford played well last 2 games. One silly throw out today, but seems to be working really hard to play into form.

No. Sadly not. One issue that doesn’t look like is being addressed.

I sometimes wonder if it’s due to the quality of our team in training. I mean imagine Team A (our current eleven today) training against Team B (our subs and other bum players). Team A are hardly gonna have much to defend against are they lol

The change of formation has allowed us to control the ball more, irrespective of who is full back. James is able to come inside and take the ball knowing their is more cover behind. Much better than how we were 343
