The weather conditions in Burnley have been extremely challenging in the past 72 hours.

However, in anticipation of the weekend Premier League game against Everton, the club’s contingency plan has been in operation since Monday, to clear snow both inside and within the surrounding footprint of the stadium.

The club has been liaising with local authorities and league officials and every effort is being made to ensure the match goes ahead as planned.

Fans will be kept informed on a timely basis on our usual channels.

We are only 7 points above 18th. We are not safe yet and have some real 6 pointers coming up. I hope the players are up for it more than I am. I am devoid of confidence and belief in our team at the moment.
