He's got to throw Simms/Gray on at half time. Every minute you persist with Rondon/Iwobi is an act of self harm. Watched the last 10 minutes and it's exactly what I expected - you could play for hours with that system and get nothing.

Just Simms will make this team look 100% better. He’s gutted the tactics just to accommodate Rondon and it’s completely failed. As you say it’s got to change right now.
