Obviously yes, that single clip you have provided as evidence supports your claim.

Counter evidence would be that he employed Jews, gave to Jewish Charities etc.

I do not know what his opinion was, but if I could really be arsed (which I can't) looking into it, I suspect I'd find it was probably a bit more nuanced than simply being his studio used a negative portrayal of a not uncommon (at the time) stereotype of Jews so therefore the guy hated Jews throughout his life.

So in conclusion, Disney's implied prejudice against Jews is common knowledge, has been the subject of studies and has been parodied in mainstream media but scratchnsurf says it's nonsense so pipe down.
