Handed my notice in work today.

Depending on the circumstances it can be one of the most satisfying feelings in the world. I remember being summoned for a roasting by my then boss, due to the fact that I'd dared to question my workload. I let her get her rant over and then politely announced that I was resigning, got up and left her with her mouth flapping. Felt bloody marvellous !.

Got my 9 month appraisal with the new director this week. He's an absolute bell end and seems to take pleasure from bollocking people in less than private situations.

I'm going to ask for a company car and/or a pay rise. Wish me luck LOL.

I had a similar thing. I was called into the office for a verbal warning, let her get it out the way then threw my resignation letter on the desk. I did it like Colombo too, I was just about to leave then 'just one more thing'. Bam!
