Thanks for the welcome.

Yes, I was going to post that as well, that I can see him in his first few touches of his first game trying to beat his man and there being groans, but decided this sounded a bit negative for my first post.

I think players like this by their nature are easier to criticize, but in the end they do the sorts of things that provide one of the reasons we love to watch football.

I am a big fan of fellaini, by the way, but think he has started this season slowly, like he ended last season. There was talk of him having a virus though?. I think 9 goals last year was unbelievable for his first season.

according to this

he is a long shot specialist , a freekick specialist ,a corner specialist and a penalty specialist (scored 6 last season) , 13 goals since march 08............which is nice.

he literally can play anywhere in the midfeild and can even play left back apparently.

Should stop Jo or Rodwell taking the effing freekicks I'm guessing.

Should be good seeing him and Arteta battling for freekicks like.

Not sure about this lad . He looks abit ungamely to me . Think he might struggle at first to get to grips with the pace . Another Felli

i was listening to talk sport radio today, they were speaking to some russian correspondant called igor . he said while he was a good player, he had reservations whether or not he would cut it in the premiership
lets hope hes wrong :)

centre back obviously a major concern now, not overly fussed with any of the possible targets mentioned to date. i propose a punt for johnny evans at man utd. pay the dough for him now. class act !!.

Guaranteed to be playing in goal by January then.

They all have reservations, but from my limited knowledge most of the Russian imports generally adapt quickly and well to the English game.
