It's demoralising seeing Gray tip toe up to the ball like he's Ronaldo on a set piece only to put in a truly awful ball every single time. That ball in for Calvert against Palace last season was his one in a million.

I personally don't want him gone, but I certainly understand the other perspective. We are sliding in to another relegation battle and he's not helping the situation.
