Shock of the day:


Christmas Eve morning, and I was sat in that little room (you know where I mean!) when suddenly, I heard a loud buzzing, and bugger me if it wasn't a WASP! December 24th, at 7.30am. I was shocked! Had to dash away and then of course capture it so I could get a couple of pics once I got home later in the day after work!

Here it is, the Christmas Eve wasp...

trying to shoot them when in flight...bagged a few sharp ones, but the backgrounds have been messy.

Still waiting for that perfect shot where one's in flight, fully sharp with a beautiful bokeh.

One of the hardest shots in photography, I reckon. Have you ever managed it?
