Don't know much about James Bond, but a mate of mine met Pierce Brosnan in our local and she said he was well cool and totally up for a laugh. I like Daniel Craig playing Bond.

I only really watched Bond since Craig so i can't really offer an informed opinion. Never took to them just have memories of every bank holiday as a kid being ruined by bond films

Favourite movie: Hmm, tough one. I love all the Connery films with the obvious exception of Diamonds Are Forever which is a bit rubbish. Goldeneye is another favourite and the first two Craig ones have been brilliant imo. If you put a gun to my head and I had to pick I'd probably say Goldfinger.

Favourite scene: Ahh so many classics. I love a good chase scene though so I'll say the tank chase in Goldeneye. It's utterly ridiculous of course but brilliant.

Best Bond Girl: Ursula Andress. No doubt about it.

Gadget you want: Jet pack. Or the remote control BMW.

Favourite soundtrack: Yeah I added my own category, and what? Got to be From Russia With Love by Matt Monro

Thanks for the rep whoever it was. Yes, she said Pierce was a riot. Great fun to be around and in no way acted the big star - just a cracking bloke out for a few beers and a good conversation with everybody. It is refreshing that, as where I live we get quite a lot of Hollywood A-listers living here for certain times of the year for the tax benefits - and they really are not cool. But it is funny to walk down Dalkey main street and see Joe Elliot from Def Leppard drive past you, or walk past the Edge. I stood behind Charles Bronson in the post office a good few years back. Funny things like that.

Don't talk to me about Sean Connery. We saw him on his mini yacht in Dun Laoghiare harbour back in the late eighties. We waited over two hours for him to moor and get off. When we approached him to get his autograph it turned out to be some f**ker from Cork who looked like him.

i know his brother, he's a good guy, but Pierce Brosnan was the best Bond! and the best looking Bond!
