Blues weighing up Lookman loan

Inside forward. He's not great on the touchline or at crossing a ball. You rarely see him running wide. But he can cut inside, dribble, and score. He and Bolaisse give Sam different tactical possibilities. If we ever got a left back that could provide width in attack, he'd be awesome out there playing more inside. Maybe Sam sees him as redundant to Siggy. I don't and think he should play.
Sorry, I’m struggling with idea that Allardyce and his shabby crew would entertain any ‘tactical possibilities’ beyond , Defend/Hoof ad infinitum .

Or come back crocked, or raise attention to teams interested in him - we just love giving the best players with potential away, keeping the hasbeens - send Bollassie out on loan to get fit the show boater now with no pace!
Too many oldies robbing a living equals no pace - no creativity- no shots - plenty of hoofball under this joker!

Bolasie will be sold by next season...

Lookman will benefit from regular games, he is not ready yet....

Please be patient We have good young players coming through, but they must not be rushed let them progress & we shall reap the benefits....

A balance is required of young & old experienced & talent coming through to build a successful team....

Great the way the argument is made to loan out players of quality like Lookman and Dowell because "it'll be best for their development".

If I was in their shoes I'd be banging my head against the wall that I was having to be punted a division below when utter turd like Schneiderlin, Bolasie, Williams, Martina and Jagielka command first team spots.

No one in the Championship will be able to afford Bolasies wages mate.

So we have to put up with Dire Crap football no thanks - Unsworth was getting more points than fat Sam in the Prem !

For me, ironic as it seems, your second sentence justifies the first. When we have the “utter turds” commanding the first team spots, Dowell in particular is better off out of it. There’s no reason to be confident he’d even be in the squad with our current set up , meanwhile he’s proving he’s one of best young players in the Championship.
I don’t want Lookman to go out on loan . He has a raw talent and skill unlike any other in our squad . But he still has flaws that need ironing out to make him a better PL player. FFS, we are a PL. club we should be able to improve him without him going on loan. And that’s where my brain goes into melt down. I’m struggling to believe we can actually improve him this season within our current set up, and he becomes a wasted talent, and I start to think he’d be better off away on loan.

Do you think you'd bang your head less if you instead didnt play for 12 months?

Because any player that would doesnt love the game enough to be worth anything.

If we are aiming to replace Allardyce In the summer I would send Lookman, Vlasic, Davies, DCL and Baningime all on loan into the championship to get game time and extra confidence.

Bring them all back in the summer positive and working under a new manager.

If were sticking with Allardyce its best to keep them in the club.

How does he get better by not playing games? As in full games where he has to actually play against defenders who aren’t half knackered before he makes his bow.

I'd resent being on loan given the starting opportunities given to inferior players.

Let's face it - the likes of Dowell (and Lookman if this loan happens) are on the outside not because they aren;t good enough for the PL but because they each had a 'kin clueless lump of a manager who didn't have the foggiest how to play talented players.
