I think people have very short memories- Moyes is utilising Billy the same way as he does with all players when they are taking time to adjust- sparingly.

Billy has been given more than enough chances, I think hes good enough, but Moyes likes to keep players out who are short of form out now and again, it normally does the trick.

He has never played Billy in his preferred position, and that causes street end morons to claim that "Come on Billy, your a ******* winger", when he's not a winger, if they bothered to read anything that didn't have a pair of tits in it.

Really annoys me that this lad is just not being played in his natural preferred position, why spend £9m on a player you have no intention of playing correctly? If he wanted a winger, why didn't he just buy one?

Well I'm expecting him to be better next season, but he needs to be central. Personally I would play him ahead of Cahill.

Not sure how that would go down though.

He bought him to play on the Right Wing and also to fill in the middle and sometimes play in the hole.

But he's not a winger, so why spend £9m on someone who isn't a winger? It's different shelling out 3 or 4 mill on someone like Arteta who can play on the wing, but if your going to spend lots of money - get it right.

It's not like we can afford to waste the money is it?

I do ignore the tools in the GSE, even when they do sing that song.

both of the goals we conced today was terrible! like you said a couple of errors, shouldnt let them happen in games like this! although i did say to myself a draw before the game would be ok, considering were away and there not doing to bad / both fighting for europe , birmingham fans were ok although we did have a bit of arguing going on , on the way out, only thing that pissed me of was when they started singing youll never walk alone kopite ****s .. ohh and that 2-0 and you fcked it up (8) we need to sort it out! Just seen the goals finally! Vic's goal was brilliant and had Saha scored it we would be talking about how world class he is, but people find it in them to call him out right crap? You dont score goals like that in the Prem when your crap so how about supporting our players instead for a change?

Second goal was brilliant build up from the boys, perfect cross right under the bar for the Yak to be brave to put it away.

Just wish we could have made more of it but we seemed to step off the peddle so to speak once we were 2 a head thinking the work was done.

CAnt for the life of me see why people yet again are questioning Howard on both goals. Rediculous really!:huh:

I don't hold much hope for Bilyaletdinov, the fact that someone like Gosling seems to now be ahead of him is worrying. It wouldn't surprise me if Moyes tries to sell him back to Russia in the summer.

I don't think he's been impressed by him at all. He hasn't even give him that vote of confidence that he usually gives new players who aren't in the first team. I hope I'm wrong because Bilya definitely has something to work with. But Moyes works with him every day and at the moment, he's behind Osman, Pienaar, Gosling, Anichebe and Donovan.

Be a shame IMO.

His assist record and goal record to games is very good..same with his international record. He's a class player.

He just needs to find his feet.
