Sharpys top lip

Player Valuation: £60m
The father of Diniyar Bilyaletdinov has fired a parting shot at his son’s former manager after the Russian agreed a move to Spartak Moscow.

Bilyaletdinov Sn claimed that his son’s creative ability had not been used to it’s fullest during his time at Everton, and says that his son has wanted to leave for the last six months.

“Diniyar has wanted to leave for six months,†he said. “I don’t think he had a choice, especially with Euro 2012 coming up, where he needs to reach a point where he is guaranteed to play.

“In terms of his creativeness Diniyar has stagnated. The same thing happened to Mikel Arteta.“I don’t want to question Moyes‘s qualifications, but if he’d got more out of his defensive players, then his creative players wouldn’t have dropped off so much in recent years.â€

People need to read this because i think he's spot on. All Moyes wants to do is Defend. Flair an Attacking is a second thought for him. Just look at Yakubu, He was told to defend firts and in the end he got fed up, Kean came out an said he knows he's a bit lazy but he wants his to stay upfront an score goals.....Suprise,suprise...

I feel really bad about Arteta now, i ****ged his off for always passing the ball sideways and never going forward. i diddnt see him pass the ball forward in the last 18 months he was here, an look now for Arsenal he's got creative freedom again and looks like the old Mikel. It was Moyes an his tactics.

he's not intrested in letting players express themself. going and attacking teams...Defence 1st an if we nik one lets sit back.

i really, really want him gone. We need new idea's from a new manager before it's to late.

He's Lokomotiv Moscow's reserve coach, so it's a somewhat respectable criticism. It's not just some random bloke down the pub making the criticism.

Good, need more high profile people in football telling the truth rather that stating the same old "he does great with what he's got"...which was true in 2006.

I eagerly await the Damon trademarked defense of Moyes to come thumping down on this thread...

He's right, the board haven't helped Moyes by selling players, but it still doesn't take away the fact that Moyes strangles the joy out of offensive players.

“In terms of his creativeness Diniyar has stagnated. The same thing happened to Mikel Arteta.“

Spot on the more people who realise this the better

Moyes brand of football is the worst in the league

Cant wait to see Barkley as a holding midfielder

I'm sorry but is it just me who wonders why managing a team of players is so hard? I mean yes man management is the hard part, as is working out how best to nulify an opposition. But the players arn't ****ing robots. They know what to do. They dont suddenly forget before every match. If you have 11 decent players on the pitch just say right, you left back, you centre mid, you up front etc etc. It's not difficult. I don't know how Moyes has managed to ruin creative players with tactics.

Because if you dont do as aked your out the team. Players train every day to a system and Moyses system is to defend and defend. And lump it. It's so ****e to watch. But i dont have to tell you that as you watch the ****e evey week.
