Born into the wrong era of football. If he was starting now the culture would be way different and he'd have stood a decent chance of dealing with his demons.

Around that time the reserves played at Goodison and I regularly went. Billy Kenny was head and shoulders above any player on the pitch. I used to rave about him to my mates, so sad to see the talent he had wasted. Hope he finally sorts himself out.
