Biggest Judas who left Everton

Barmby was the worst, really because he left for Liverpool, if he had gone to any other club, I dont think I would have been as bothered. The fact he was voted player of the season for us and then went to a midnight meeting with Gerrard Houlier to get a move to Liverpool, just makes me sick.

Barkley & Barmby

The killer B’s

I know folk were annoyed about Moyes and Gordon, but I always thought the press reports were OTT (exaggerated) and they were victims of difficult circumstances

I didn't have an issue with Gordon leaving really at the time, just angry at how good he could have been for us if we werent such a mess.

I do find his weird obsession with us odd, mind. Clearly has it in for us.

Know a Newcastle fan who went to an open England training session a few months back, apparently he was giving it big licks about the chance to relegate us on the final day of this season. Unlucky.

Too young to remember Barmby

Barkley by a distance after that - Cost the club £20 mil with Chelsea. Deciding not to join them in the summer after they had a word in his ear, spent months using the club between September - January to get fit with no intention of playing/signing a new contract to ensure a decent fee, only to join Chelsea in January for a bigger signing fee and a lot lower fee for Everton.
Club were spineless letting him train with the first team ever again after that, paying him to get fit to join a rival and letting him into the final year of his contract was amateur hour in the first place

He comes across as a bell - good player though/

Players leave because for decades now we have had no direction as a football club, and we have just plodded along. hopefully this will start to change with the new guys in town, and the club start showing some ambition, otherwise your Branthwaites Ndiaye will also go to pastures new, will they be Judas as well.

TFG over to you

Barmby
Lescott

Rooney didn't decide how it was handled. Others decided that for him.

Moyes & Gordon should have done better but neither 100% culpable. Moyes already putting that behind him and Gordon won't do any harm when he scores a hat trick against Liverpool in the Final unless Richie does same tonight which would be even better.

He never wanted to be here though. Don’t think it would have mattered no matter what we we did. He is a massive kopite and was only with us because they released him. He will be at Liverpool within the next few years, once Salah decides to leave and if Newcastle fail to start winning pots.

He comes across as a petulant meff.

There is a reason Liverpool let him go - because he isn't good enough for them. He's the modern day Park Ji-Sung - a machine out of possession and very effective in applying the press. However, he's lacking in the core skills of passing and especially shooting in my view. His finishing still leaves a lot to be desired.

I would rather have Ndaiye.

Anyone my age (nearly 50) and up, it’s that little **nt Barmby. After what we did for him, then forcing a move to them….
