Why on earth would Chelsea include one of Europe's biggest prospects, Kevin de Bruyne in a deal for Fellaini. Would love to see de Bruyne at Everton but just can't see this happening.
This sounds like a real goer to me, all thanks to the OP chatting up good looking men in railway bars. Cheers M8, look foward to any information gained talking to posh suited gents in public toilets.
Not convinced about the story, but whatevs.
Question: how do these swap deals feature with respect to financial fair play? Could these be more attractive for the bigger clubs as they get the player they want without paying loads of cash, which could be taken into account with regards to their spending? ie, instead of Chelsea having an outlay of £25m or whatever, which we could spend elsewhere, if we are "paid" in players it oculd appear as a net payment of zero. I don't know enough about FFP, but could swaps become more common for this reason? Are player valuations taken into account?
not gonna say anything but surely if mourinho is joining chelsea he will have control over what transfers he wants, therefore this could be bull.
Putting this story to one side I think that this is interesting as Chelsea or those that think they run the football side have had a real interest in Felliani but I do think if mourinho comes in as you say it's likely he'll want total control and will he want the player or his own ?
Personally think this is bullsh*t but what would people say to 25 million for Felli going to Chelsea WITH a season loan for Lukaku and first choice on buying him the year later if we wanted him?
