Just had a look and it sounds like this company - Burning Night.

They`ve bought some pubs in Southport this year.

Owners of the Bierkeller? I wouldn't have associated Dom and Fiona with a brand like that as they're not a brand I'd link to true quality.

Sounds like them, as they`ve bought the Albert and Sand Grounder in Southport this year ?.

They`re more into cafe style bars and themed places ????

Collaboration with Belgium's De La Senne brewery. Very refreshing multi hop sour. Ace can as well.

Just dropped a guitar into Harmonics in Waterloo for repair, there's an ace pop up called Trap and Hatch on South Rd. Well worth a visit if you're up that way. I'm quaffing a very tidy pale from Howling Hops.

Make sure you have one in the Volunteer, just off South Road, one of a few places in the country, that still has bar staff that come to your table - ale is always good too

Next time Gadget, I'm heading back into town, I did stop for a swift half in Timberwolf though.

I'll fit right in. I stopped in the Lion in Moorfields as well, been meaning to visit for beards since the refurb. It's ace.
