They'll have made it knowing FULL well it would be banned. In fact I'd be surprised if they ever actually submitted it for broadcast.

However, by posting it up online as a "banned Super Bowl commercial" it'll be played hundreds of thousands, if not millions of times.

The big companys might as well just put hard core smut on for commercial breaks.
