I think it's a training top,

1) Ross does long sleeves (probably not an option in training shirts).
2) I can't see any yellow on the crest, the crest is usually a bit more coloured in on the proper shirt.

Edit, just done my research, he invariably wears short sleeve with that undershirt, that said, still think it's a training top.

1. Ross doesn't wear long sleeves, he wears exactly what he's wearing in the photo, which is short sleeves over a long sleeved under-armour top

2. It's a brand new crest on a brand new shirt with a new manufacturer, can you really be that confident about what the colours will be?
