Did fine, clearly can't get forward as you'd like but did fine.
I think if he was covering positions in a crisis or off the bench he'd probably be considered a solid signing. Playing 30 odd games a year is a bit much though
Great ball for our goal. 1st time in years we've had a player who can control a hard-hit pass like this instead of it bouncing off their foot and losing possession.
We focused really hard on cutting off his side though. The line was shifted to the left for the majority of the game (and as it probably should with Young in that position). That makes the job that much harder on the RB but odds are we will have to play that way this year. If it helps us win, so be it.
It's a very sad sign of affairs at the club when a 39-year-old former right winger is very likely the best left back at the club.
Ukrainian international Mykolenko would never have made that pass to Ndiaye. Don't think he's ever played a through ball / killer pass in his life.
January we absolutely need to address left back, although we obviously won't. By the end of the summer hopef both Young and Coleman are retired and the club is forced to enter the market for long term full back solutions.
He’s a 6/10 player with the potential dor a 7/10 or 1/10 performance. Absolutely a better option than mykolenko still. Left back is our weakest position in the whole team
