Reports are still stating Everton are working feverishly with Moutinho's agent who helped us before with the Manny loans. Sporting are holding the position they are secure and don't need to sell but that could be all smoke and mirrors. I have come to the conclusion like most here this could be the best out of the two.

It is a bad translation out of Portuguese thanks to Yahoo! Bablefish but you get the point - Moutinho = 22.5 million euros which would be presumably out of Everton's budget...
