Not the point, it's was a great first goal for a 16-year-old to score, and a big moment in the season regardless of whether they were already winning. He's had tons of hype behind him and this was his first big moment in the spotlight, it was always going to be a big story and moment.

If a 16-year-old of ours did the same at the end of a tough match when we were fighting for a title we would be equally giddy, lets not pretend otherwise
The kids got a long way to go to get proven. Wish him well BUT - that goal my Granny could have scored.

Hi @Tom Hughes why are posting some absolute made up scenario in your head?

Why try to make out you're some sort of peace maker when there's been numerous people, including my best mates, who've denied your accusations?

Do you think it's clever to try and get Everton fans accused of racism when they reacted to some Arsenal fans (wearing Arsenal shirts) goading whilst holding their phones to record?

It's now been spread on social media and you're causing evertonians to now be branded with what you somehow made up in your head.

I'm not making anything up at all. I can tell you the precise block, row and seats where this happened, and still have my tkt stub. I wasn't alone and as I said was literally standing next to this group through the whole match. As I said, there were another 2 or more black people a row or 2 behind who seemed to know them and also reacted when this lad was confronted. They were the ones who were then attacked. I have no idea if they celebrated anything during the game as they were behind, but they weren't the first ones confronted and I saw no confrontations of this group during the whole match, till the incident at the very end. The initial incident was just one lad in the middle of the main group who was filming the whole stadium react to the goals. We were the end of the row, so all of the people headlng for the exits saw this lad filming and started shouting him to stop, and some tried to get up the row. Finally, I'm also in one of the videos (from above) with the small family group still next to me.... as the fighting pushed away from us to the next aisle when the stewards and police intervened, precisely as I described.

Not hindsight, It was as clear as day a number of players were out on their feet at 70 minutes, KDH, McNeil, Ndiaye, which isn’t surprising the amount of work they got through.

The result was we couldn’t get out of our half which is why it was one way traffic in the last 20 minutes with the almost inevitable conclusion.
I know they worked hard but that was off the back of 11 days without a game. Whereas Arsenal played last weekend and in midweek.

Arteta did use all 5 subs & earlier than Moyes. Also think it’s easier with the ball than constantly having to chase the game.

I thought our midfield was done after about 70 minutes & we had the bodies to change. Just my opinion.

To be fair, you claimed to be gay in your previous incarnation on here and when called out on islamophobia you suddenly became straight and married to a Muslim woman.

When it comes to jackanory stories you're top of the list.
