If you appoint him as the go between with the Thai authorities and the British authorities, I can guarantee that once they speak to Joey they won`t be able to release you quickly enough.

Former Boss of mine was in there for 5 years before he got a Royal Pardon, but that was in the 70’s and he did get caught in customs H’ched out of his gourd with a heap on him.
