What areas do people think we need to improve on? i love Tony Hibbert but would we better suited with a better right back and someone also to partner Jelavic up top? Thoughts?

I think Baines needs support on the left, he is the best left back in the league but he can't be expected to hold out every week when he's out numbered three to one. Our defence is great but it does have a tendancy to drift to the right leaving Bainsey alone.
