No one is destroying him fans are giving their opinion based on his performances and what he adds to the team.
IMO Right now it is nothing, if anything he is detrimental to the team with these silly bookings and diving, other teams will target him because he is easy to wind up.

We all want him to become great even the fans like myself who dont think he will ever be.
He is loved by our fans especially at the games where they back him and sing his name so its upto him to perform.
If he isn't scoring or assisting then he needs to effective in most games and he's not.

I may be wrong but he seems to be developing a bit of an ego which which heeds knocking out of him straight away as he's achieved absolutely nothing yet.
Maybe he needs pulling out of the limelight for a bit but unfortunately we don't have many other options.
