Not sure about the thread title, but the sentiment is correct. We were promised an ‘unprecedented rebuild’ and we have probably only Grealish who has improved the first XI from last years players. And we don’t even own him.

Wound me up in his interview w Toffee TV? when he played down the possibility of January signings. It is obvious the squad needs additions. I do not want us to be wasting money but we should be active whereas he sounded complacent.
