What I liked most about him today was his attitude, he always wanted the ball, he was constantly encouraging others though clapping or patting them on the back, and he wanted to play with tempo - quick free kicks, throw-ins, corners. That will rub off quickly no doubt!
Based on what little I've seen, I like him. Has a good cross on him
He works hard and when he gets the ball he aims it at the strikers. I hope we get better players in the long run but he’s going to be a really solid addition to the squad based on that performance.
But does he have a great turn of pace??

Won’t be a game changer, but he gives 110% and doesn’t stop, we need players like that.
Free transfer on a short term deal, where he really wants to prove himself, is something I can really get behind.
We need someone else to bring in, but nothing against Townsend there so far, and got an assist.

He tries. Automatically makes him better than some of our options from last season.
We also need a few players who give at least 6 on 10 game after game.
Although he was a free transfer, he will give consistent solid performances. That is invaluable from a squad player.
Thought he did well today. Some great crosses. Ran out of steam in the second half and rightly replaced. Good business bringing him in.
