Much better from him today played some nice passes forward and was showing for the ball more. Clearly something hasn’t been right with him. Just hope he comes back a fresh player again at the start of next season and can find form early.

Played very well in that second half. Aggressive, nice touches and some nice passes. He needs to keep it going consistently. Hopefully if 2 good strong aggressive midfielders are brought in he will blossom

MOTM today... Could see his confidence growing as the match went on and was looking back to his best.

Much better in a 3, more time on the ball not being constantly closed down and wasn't stuck deep as Sigurdsson could drop deeper if he got forward or drifted wide.

Even when he's off form he's still our best midfielder though. He's not the problem.

Now that's what I said before on here ,best football brain at the club .looked to have bit more energy. Hopefully he will be fully up to fitness next season.
