I’d much rather we were in for RLC from Chelsea if we wanted a CM in in loan. With that said, Gomes looked a player before he moved to Barca so if this is true, it represents a fairly low-risk move with potentially decent payoff, especially if we can negotiate a price up front.

Another CM would surely mean selling Morgan or loaning out Beni/Davies, though, right...?
