This lad has had the most extraordinary career of any Everton player I can think of, and that takes some saying. He appeared in the match the other day for a whole three minutes, it is possible that such a period of time will constitute his entire Everton career.

Has anyone actually seen him play for any period of time, if so can you tell us what in fact he is like as a player. He is on our books, counted amongst our player compliment but we've only had three minute period out of him. I have a hunch he doesn't meet with DM's requirements but only time will tell

Aye interesting one this. I watched the Bournemouth match which he started in. He seemed decent without being spectacular. Thought he'd have had a few more subs apperances tbh. But, his lack of games to me only suggests that DM doesn't rate him. In which case he ain't good enough

to be honest who would he replace?! Carsley is having the season of his life, Arteta is a magician, Neville is our captain, Ossie is Moyes love thing, Fernandes is superb and when Cahill is fit he will be even further down teh order.

Ive heard good things about him, still young and will have the benefit of a few months settling time.

i like da silva, i saw the friendly match, and hes got some skill - not as much as arteta or frnadnes, but he can learn, also his passing is really good, in the firnedly he hardly made a bad pass...

and the 3 minutes he came on he didnt make a mistake...which is better than osman.
