You know like when the police won't reveal a victims name until after they have informed the relatives? I firmly believe once the transfer has happened Bill has got to phone all his contacts in his address book to tell them he has personally signed x player and how we are going to be brilliant and then reminisce about the boys pen and the argue that he is not actually a RS supporter despite what he said on Coronation Street, before we are allowed to release the news.
