Are you of the opinion that Usmanov would struggle to sell his stake at Arsenal, given it would lead to no control of the club for the buyer?
Would it not still be viewed as a sound investment by most even under these circumstances?

I've no idea if Usmanov plans to follow Moshiri but it has always seemed plausible to me given their close history, Usmanov's facilitation of Moshiri's move to us and other reasons.
If Usmanov is to come I believe the earliest this will happen is when Moshiri, through Blue Heaven Holdings Ltd, exercises his options to acquire BK's and others remaining shares.
It seems inconceivable to me that Usmanov would overlap with BK while he's still a powerful force at the club. Can you imagine Usmanov and BK sharing a train from London?
This scenario may also be dependent on resolution of the new stadium which seems at an early stage so it'll be some time before there's certainty regarding Usmanov. The statement released today is irrelevant either way.

With respect mate, Kroenke has complete control over Arsenal now save for if he wished to do something that required a special resolution. The Articles of Assocation last amended in 2009 lean very heavily in favour of the incumbent majority shareholder in terms of what can be done by ordinary resolution.

Save for those events requiring a special resolution by statute (change of company name, reduction in share capital etc) there's almost nothing he can't achieve with this current shareholding.

Hence my comments yesterday about Kroenke not being a purchaser in the unlikely event of a sale.

Hey I don't expect Kroenke to even be offered the shares but the opportunity to remove Arsenal from a PLC to a company exclusively owned as part of KSE and with it total individual ownership and indeed control I personally think would be attractive to him and my understanding is that would require a special resolution

How does that tally with your opinion that Moshiri will bring in additional investors? or do you believe he is willing to relinquish a lot of control in order to do so?

think you have stated you expect/know that to be his aim.

No offence meant, but it does seem like your treating Arsenal situation differently to any other one man controlled club - us under Bill, moshiri etc, the city Chinese investment without power or any control arc.

Exactly. He would have to sell his Arsenal shares at a discount due to the lack of control the shares come with, but if he sees his mate turning things around here I would suggest the discount he would have to give in selling might start looking like a hit worth taking if he has the ability to buy in here and have some control over the direction of the club.

The 30% Shares original price that they paid was something like 200m even at a discounted sale price now he'd still have made a hefty profit, not that he'd actually have to do that as I'm pretty sure loads of evertonians own shares in the club, with zero control, influence or power. On the open stock market arsenal fans would lap up the chance to buy them should there be no other taker,
