Strictly a weekend warrior, Friday and Saturday nights. Tonight I will have a couple of whiskeys and a couple of beers. Mrs C and myself are out out tomorrow night in Belfast for a meal.

Discipline, don't listen to the 'Thursdays is the new Fridays' bunch, they're just trying to water down their alcoholism with communal responsibility. The 'few pints Sunday to get over the weekend' is another slippery slope, thing is, when you're game sharp on the ale you can drink that bit more, not on your game you have to be a bit more cautious or risk ending up making a show.
Few drinks, put the week to bed, have a nice evening tomorrow.
Drunk a glass of wine last night, which i wouldn't usually drink, and my mouth started to feel a bit numb and tingly.
Got worried i may have been having an allergic reaction. Poured another, bigger, glass and drunk that. Woke up this morning so guess I'm not allergic.

I'm off out on the lash this afternoon with a bit of a walking tour of Grange, Cartmel and Cark before heading home. Hopefully get some nice real ales in me.
