If only you'd seen Russia v Ireland in the Euro qualifiers. He defended superbly and has added that aspect to his game which he had to do under Trap.
In most of his international games he was crap. One good match does not change my opinion of him

Know some irish fans and nobody wants him still starting.

Yes he's gone off the boil this season. Maybe a move to the PL is exactly what he needs. Not saying he would get into our starting XI but he does have natural ability to beat his opponent and could come good under the right manager.
