Well, hope you are all happy.

Christ almighty.

2 questions number 1 what did you think of Gibson when we first signed him? And number 2 what do you think of him now?

And have we even signed the guy yet for you to be going into "told you so" mode?

I haven't seen more of him than YouTube highlights videos but he looks absolute gash.

The kind of player who typically shines in the championship but is found out in the premiership.

Please God no.

5* Skill. 90 Pace.

The mediocre manager and mediocre players subsequently linked with.

Although I'm sure we have been linked with this pile of cock for a while.
I agree with you mate ,we were also linked with Alcatraz mate not much to get excited about these 2 potential signing and certainly not the type to get you to the champions league.
They always use to say you can judge a lot from a managers first signing, Do you know anywhere I can get a nice peice of rope?

We need a striker, Not attacking midfielders! If you don't bring a striker in we are truly ****ed.

We still need at attacking Midfielder who can spilt the defence, for me we need in order
First Team Striker
First Team Attacking Midfielder
Experience Defender to cover distin and jags if Johnny Leaves

Given Johnny's performances at centre-back last season then I think investing in a solid replacement, subject to filling the other positions identified, should be matter-of-course.

None of which determine his nationality. Being born in a country is not enough in most countries to become a citizen. It depends on the status of your parents. In McGeady's case he is a British citizen and an Irish citizen. He was raised surrounded by people who are either Irish or the sons/daughters of Ireland, hence why he feels more Irish than Scottish.

If you say I came on too strong then that's fair enough. David's invention that someone's birth certificate states their nationality, 'Scottish' in this case was too much for me. Everyone has a birth certificate, so he is either a bit dim or a brazen wum.

David has been totally ignorant and indeed made up a complete lie by stating that it says 'Scottish' on his birth certificate.

Relax lad, have a beer, I was having a joke in regards to the first time I said he was Scottish, however it doesn't hide the fact he was born in Scotland, he was schooled in Scotland etc etc.

P.S I know it's not going to say "Scottish" on his birth certificate or even his passport it'll say "British" but it definitely won't say "Irish" on his passport/birth certificate.

Another load of codswallop mate.

He definitely has an Irish passport which says he's Irish in it.

He might not even have a British passport even though he's eligible for one.

Also, my birth certificate makes no mention of my nationality since being born somewhere is not enough to gain a nationality. It mentions my place of birth and my parents places of birth.

i.e. someone could be born in Britain and have a birth certificate that says that their place of birth is London but not be entitled to British citizenship due to the status of their parents. This is why birth certificates don't state your nationality.
