...there is a view that he's struggled with homesickness in the last month or so, we don't really know how the club are managing the young man.

It's not a view, it's fact. He's had terrible homesickness.
However, he is loving life at Everton and is going to be the absolute dogs cahoonna's

Its not really a fact is it mate.

For something to be stated as a fact it must be proved without any doubt.

Ive seen nothing to suggest thats the case.

He defo had homesickness. That Croatian GK at Gent had something similar. I talked to this in the transfer thread. Homesickness is a real affliction and can be very debilitating. I mentioned my trip to Inverness where I suffered a bout of it. Poor Ross Pottinger had to return home because he kept bursting into tears.
I was fine after a couple of days and we got into all the abseiling, flying foxes, mud slides etc.
I suggest Lookman is largely over his homesickness now...very good little player

..absolutely. I think the important point I was trying to make is that it's not easy for these very young men when so much happens to them at that age. A poster was criticising the manager for not playing him but there was a reason he was pulled from the firing line.

He's still a very young lad that has moved to another city. Away from his friends and family. Your mates are everything to you at that age. When he burst on the scene, scoring against City, he had a few good matches on the high he was on from that. Luckily we have a really good Under 23's side and I'm sure, playing there with the other talented lads many he'll know from England Under 20's will have helped him settle. Plus David Unsworth seems to be really good at working with these lads. I expect to see more of Lookman in the first team next season.

Believe what you like Frandel. I was told months ago by somebody who would definitely be aware of it. No pressure for you to believe it, so chill.
