If we want somebody that can run a lot why don't we just offer a contract to one of the London Marathon winners? They wouldn't demand 120k a week and can run for hours.

Doucoure has got worse over the years and represents a complete lack of ingenuity and talent. We need someone who can pick a pass
or can use some trickery. Doucoure is clumsy and limited. Mangala is fine and maybe apart from the Top Four would be a starter.
But if the midfield cannot create, out wingers cannot centre, our full-backs cannot attack, then the result is no goals.

Doucoure can run all day but he's crap. Just like Young, Mickenlenko, DCL, Harrison.

A player that runs a lot, there's literally 1000s out there that can do the same thing as well as him for a tenth of the money he's on, causes more problems than he creates and shouldn't be anywhere near the 1st team

He's undoubtedly one of the worst footballers in the league, but he's one of the best athletes. It's a sad reflection on what we've become, that players like him earn a living off their ability to run, rather than their ability with the ball.
I get why he's been in the team, but I genuinely don't see us progressing as a football team, with non footballers in key positions

I would say this is a perfect description of Gueye as well.

Its mental how many of these complaints about Doucoure could literally be used to describe Gueye, but aren't. Most don't even a name an individual in the post, which makes it even easier to use interchangeably.

I guess there is 1 criticism that couldn't be aimed at both players.
