he has had a good end to the season but overall not really good enough. Maybe his shortcomings wouldn't be so galringly obvious if we had other midfielders who can pass a ball, as it is we have some of the most erratic mids in the division. Look at the difference Garner makes because he has a bit of technical ability.

However for today he can hold his head high because he saved us from the abyss, he was part of the squad who put us there in the first place though and we shouldn't forget that.

Great goal though, Thanks Mr Doucouré you have earned folklore status.

Looks better because Dyche has him doing what he is good at. Was never a ball playing midfielder as that previous penis had him doing.

Apparently Declan Rice said he is one of the hardest to play against. His technique means he will always have an inconsistency to his game but he is certainly a better player than a section of our fans will ever admit. Was good for Carlo, very good for the waiter, struggled under the imbecile and has been good for Dyche.

I was about to say almost exactly the same

He’s not a technical player so he will make some crap passes and look useless when doing it but his energy and presence is priceless in top tier football nowadays where athleticism and drive is so important

He’s also clearly worked on his finishing because the way he shaped to hit that was beautiful as we’re his precise first against Brighton and wonderful volley for the second

Fair play to him for being ready to do his thing as soon as Dyche arrived, he could’ve sulked but he was a pro

That left footer that nearly won the Leicester game. When he struck that shot yesterday you could see the focus on getting his head over the ball, it's a simple thing but if you drill it into yourself you give the shot a chance of staying down.

5 goals in 15 games under Dyche is some record. You look at those midfield and forward options in the squad and wonder who can we actually expect to get over 5 goals a season…not many of them but he’s one who can. Important player for that reason alone.
